Yes, of course. At AristoCraft, safety is of utmost importance as each of our models is TUV certified, complying with their rigorous quality and safety specifications. Our models are designed for child learning and were tested by hundreds of kids before their release.

AristoCraft’s kits qualify as STEM based activities as our core elements are mainly taken from four academic disciplines: Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (given the acronym STEM). STEM activities have become increasingly popular as a stimulating way to engage young minds.

While our models were originally designed for kids aged 9-15, we were delighted to discover that assembling our kits and learning about each model appeals to all ages. Product reviews from parents of children younger than 9 as well as from teenagers over 15 revealed that our kits were entertaining and challenging for them as well.

Many parents also enjoyed quality time with their children while learning about mechanisms such as car gears, the lock mechanism, a hydraulic system, etc. So the kits truly are beneficial to all ages. For children younger than 9, we recommend that an adult is present to assist with assembly as required.

No, some of our kits include models that are harder to assemble, but the differences are insignificant, and any of our products are suitable for first time users.

Each model demonstrates a different physics principle, so any kit you select to assemble will make a great and enriching first experience. Browse our catalog and pick the model you think will excite your child the most.

AristoCraft's kits demonstrate and explain physics principles that help us understand how things around us work. This information is equally valuable to children as it is to teenagers, and even to adults.

In addition, since craft teaching is not a part of school curriculums, students are not acquiring basic fine motor skills. Sadly, there is not much of a difference between the motor skills of a 9 year old and a 15 year old, as neither were given the chance to develop those skills. Fine motor skills are vital to us both as kids and adults, and this dexterity will contribute to one’s self-esteem in their physical abilities.

Absolutely! There is no reason to be intimidated by AristoCraft’s kits. The assembly instructions and guides were designed with users who have no scientific background in mind. All our content is written in a very user friendly, easy to understand manner, with illustrations and examples to simplify assembly.

No. We’ve thought of everything you will need and included it all in each kit - from a screwdriver to sandpaper, and in case of electrical models - batteries or a USB connection (depending on the model). All you’ll need is to get in the mood for a scientific adventure!

Certainly! The models were designed in such a way that children from age 9 can assemble them independently. Of course, a parent’s presence will add value in terms of parent-child quality time, but it is not necessary for the kit’s assembly.

This depends on the model and on the child’s age and skill level. In our experience, the average time of assembly varies from 1.5 hours to 2.5 hours. Learning about the science of the model and answering the questions in the guide can take another 30 to 60 minutes.

AristoCraft’s products are the only products on the market that are manufactured using 10 mm thick quality wood. This produces models that are durable, contrary to competing products that are usually made of wood that is 5 mm thick or less. Nevertheless, we guarantee our high quality products and will replace broken parts. If a part breaks, send us a picture of the part and your order confirmation number and we will mail you a new part free of charge.
